CFD VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION · BIOMEDICAL, MARINE, AEROSPACE
The reviewer did not run your simulation. Give them something to check.
A device shape, a hull form or an airframe has to be defended against a fixed limit, in front of an FDA reviewer, a class surveyor or a prime's chief engineer. Genesis Ventures is a CFD and CAD studio, run by Aminreza Khoshbahar, that writes the acceptance criteria into the contract before the first solve. Fix the thresholds. Close the design. Publish the checks, each showing its measured value and the requirement it was held against.
On Project 001 Orion the TSFC ceiling was declared at 100 before the first run. The closed design returned sea-level static TSFC of 99.2591 kg/(kN·h), a margin of 0.74 percent published rather than rounded away. Reference studies are open in marine and biomedical: KCS hull resistance against Tokyo 2015 towing-tank data, the FDA benchmark nozzle against inter-laboratory PIV. The same rule applies when they publish.

CFD AND CAD FOR BIOMEDICAL DEVICES, MARINE AND UAV/AEROSPACE.
Who this is for
- Medical device teams whose submission carries a simulation section, and who need the model's credibility settled before a reviewer asks how it was established
- Shipyards, design offices and owner's technical departments that need a resistance, powering or wake number a class surveyor will accept
- UAV and propulsion groups that need a design point closed, and auditable, before any metal is committed
NOT A FIT “Something cool with no numbers,” strategy-only work, or a brief that cannot state its constraints.
Packages
Four fixed-fee studies, each a deeper piece of evidence than the one below it. The first costs $3,800 and takes two weeks, and the whole fee credits into anything you commission from it inside 60 days. Every fee is fixed in a written contract before work starts. If the fit is weak, we say so and decline.
Threshold Study
The check matrix written for your case before anyone runs it, and a written answer on whether the comparator you need is obtainable.
$3,800-$6,500 · 2 WEEKS
THE PACKAGE →Verification Study
Your geometry and conditions, with grid convergence, near-wall resolution and discretisation uncertainty each stated as a number.
$16k-$28k · 3-5 WEEKS
THE PACKAGE →Validation Study
The comparison against measured data, every delta stated against the band it was judged on, the rows that failed included.
$38k-$68k · 6-10 WEEKS
THE PACKAGE →Design Closure
The model used to choose the design, with the rejected candidates published beside the number that disqualified each one.
$75k-$145k · 10-18 WEEKS
THE PACKAGE →Proof: Project 001 · Orion (reference release)
A 13 kN-class single-spool turbojet redesigned against a fixed brief: hold thrust, cut TSFC. Design point closed at 13.34 kN SLS, TSFC 99.3, dry mass model 165.2 kg advanced. Geometry and station data generated from the closed cycle; 19 checks run against thresholds declared before the run.
What this proves: we can close a package and publish the evidence.
What this does not prove: hardware, materials, or flight.
Brief → close → check → seal
- 01
Freeze objectives and thresholds before any solve.
- 02
Close the cycle; pressure ratio and geometry follow the physics, not aesthetics.
- 03
Generate geometry and station tables from the closed solution.
- 04
Run automated checks against the declared matrix.
- 05
Hand off a release package you can open and audit.
