The short version: we sell concept design releases, not certified hardware, and every engagement runs under a written SOW.
Services
Genesis Ventures provides concept design and analysis packages: closed cycle design, parametric geometry, engine-airframe integration studies, and the associated check matrices and reports.
Deliverables
Deliverables are design releases: analysis, geometry, data, and documentation. They are not certified, flight-qualified, or production hardware. Nothing we deliver carries a warranty of airworthiness or fitness for manufacture or flight.
Export control
Genesis Ventures complies with all applicable export-control regulations, and every engagement is screened accordingly. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the export-control information they provide.
Engagement terms
Scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, revision windows, and timeline for each engagement are fixed in a written statement of work (SOW) before work starts. The SOW governs the engagement.
