How is this different from EOS?

EOS is curriculum. You learn the system over 12-24 months. Genesis is construction. We build and install the system in 4 weeks. EOS trains your team to run the process. Genesis deploys the process so your team can execute. Choose EOS if you want to learn. Choose Genesis if you want it built.

Are you an agency?

No. Agencies sell labor and deliverables. We install infrastructure. Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary by building systems that run without us.

Both. We design the systems AND build them in your tools. You get strategy and implementation—not a deck you have to figure out how to execute.

We're tool-agnostic. We work with what you have (Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, HubSpot, etc.) and optimize it. We don't force a new stack on you.

Most Genesis OS installs take 2–6 weeks depending on company size and complexity. Sprints for specific functions take 1–2 weeks.

Yes, but only after the manual process is proven. We use n8n, Zapier, Make, and custom scripts—but automation without process is just automated chaos.

Perfect. We'll audit your current setup, clean up what's there, and build on top of it. No need to migrate unless your stack is truly broken.

You own everything. All SOPs, dashboards, and systems are yours. We offer optional retainer support ($3,500-$5,000/mo) for ongoing optimization, but it's not required. Most clients run independently after install.
