GENESIS VENTURES

HOW WE WORK

Five gates, each ending in a file you can open

Every engagement runs the same five gates. Each gate ends with a deliverable you can hold us to, not a status meeting.

01

Requirements

The customer brings the mission profile: payload, envelope, timeline, constraints. We turn it into an engineering requirement set, not a wish list.

WHAT YOU GET AT THIS GATE  A signed requirements document and a scoped concept quote.

02

Concept & design

The design point is closed against the requirements, not tuned for slides. Trade-offs are screened in the open and the rejected options stay on the record.

WHAT YOU GET AT THIS GATE  A closed design point with verified numbers: the published Orion cycle-selection trail is the public example.

03

Verification

Every claim is checked against a declared threshold by automated validation before anything is built. A pass with a hidden requirement is not evidence of anything.

WHAT YOU GET AT THIS GATE  A sealed release: verification receipts, model basis, deterministic re-execution.

HOW RELEASES ARE SEALED →
04

Hardware

Fabrication and integration are scoped per program against the sealed geometry. What gets built is what was verified, no drift between the release and the article.

WHAT YOU GET AT THIS GATE  A built article plus ground-test data.

05

Flight test

Scripted test cards are flown in 6-DoF simulation first, then the real campaign. The simulated and flight programs share the same cards, so anomalies are visible before wheels-up.

WHAT YOU GET AT THIS GATE  A flight-test report: T1's six-test program is the published template.

Engagements start with a requirements conversation.

Bring the mission profile: payload, envelope, timeline, constraints. One line is enough to begin.
